$1,500.00 per month for one month or more with a $1,000.00 Refundable Security Deposit including a 
$100.00 non-refundable cleaning charge.
$700.00 per week for one to three weeks with a $250.00 Refundable Security Deposit including a 
$50.00 non-refundable cleaning charge.
$250.00 refundable pet deposit for only dogs 20 pounds or less.
