Vacation Rental Description

vibrant “downtown” district with a wonderful combination of superb 
sporting facilities, award-winning beaches, charming shops, 
galleries, cafes, gourmet restaurants and a quaint historical 
district.  This estate home has four bedrooms and baths, living 
room, dining room with wet bar, gentlemen’s library, family room 
with fireplace, fabulous gourmet kitchen with separate dining area 
and 13 foot center island. Lounge at the pool with a waterfall, sit 
at the secluded beach, take off from the dock with your rental boat 
or pick your own coconuts from one of the 18 beautiful palm trees 
within the lush landscaping .

walking distance of the famous “Atlantic Avenue” with a mélange of 
upscale boutiques, gourmet restaurants and outdoor cafes.

Activities and Attractions

Pool and dock with access to your own boat or own jet ski.   Steps 
to…beach, playground, parasailing, hobie cat sailing, sightseeing 
cruise including lunch or dinner, shopping, gourmet restaurants, and 
outdoor cafes.   In town, play a game at the famous Delray Beach 
Tennis Stadium, relax at the beautiful Spa 11 or join a charter boat 
for deep sea fishing.  Less than a 30 minute drive to over 25 
beautiful public golf courses, numerous equestrian venues or board 
the Palm Beach 5 hour coastal cruise with a gourmet buffet, 2

Peak Season November 16 2007 - April 30 2008 $7,500 weekly
Spring May 1 2008 - May 31 2008 $5,500 weekly

Surcharges for Christmas, New Year's Eve, Easter, July 4th and 
Presidents weekend.
10% discount when booking multiple weeks.

Additional Fees:
10% Florida State Resort Fee.
Damage deposit required.
Cleaning: $250.00
