Sunset View Apartment at Golden Gate Park in San Francisco

Our one bedroom, one bath, rear third floor apartment
comfortably sleeps two. It faces our garden
and is basked in western light with a view of beautiful
sunsets. There is a queen size bed in the
bedroom and full sofa bed in the living room for extra
guests. We supply linens and towels. Our
fully equipped kitchen has a gas stove, refrigerator, coffee
maker and kitchenware. Also
included is WiFi internet, Cable-TV, DVD player, and AM/FM/
CD stereo.

Rates for one or two: $860 - $980/Week*. Up to two
additional
guests @ $10/Guest/Day. Reservations require one half of
rent total
plus a non-refundable $20.00 processing fee. The remaining
one half
of the rent is due by check-in plus a $200.00 cleaning
deposit which
will be returned after check-out. Cancellations will be
accepted up
to eight days prior to check-in (less the $20.00 processing
fee)
14% San Francisco hotal tax and 1% Tourism District Assessment applies for stays under 31 days.

*2/15 to 11/15 $140/night Friday, Saturday & Sunday and
holidays. $110/night weekdays (Christmas and New Year weeks excluded)
