The deck overlooks the scenic salt pond with acres of marsh land, offering spectacular sunset  
views.  Located directly across from Misquamicut Beach on the beautiful  
Atlantic Ocean. Beach passes to Misquamicut Fire District Beach  
are included with rental.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Full kitchen with stove and refrigerator, dish and glassware  
provided.  Each bedroom sleeps two with additional pull-out couch in  
living room.  Cable TV, outdoor shower, electricity and hot water  
included.

Activities and Attractions

Walking distance from fishing, boating, restaurants, waterslide and  
amusements. Minutes from casinos, golf and driving distance from  
Block Island Ferry and historic Newport.

Vacation Rental Rates

June 21 through September 6, 2008 $1250.00 per/wk. 
Call for end of season rates. 
This does not apply to Summer 2009 rates.
