Vacation Rental Description

Unit 209 is on the second floor of the family-oriented condominium 
complex known as Seascape in the Crescent Beach section of North 
Myrtle Beach. It is a small, quiet complex with only 30 units in a 
three-story square-shaped building that has a center courtyard with 
jacuzzi. It has an elevator as well as covered outdoor stairways.
Our unit is tastefully decorated with all the comforts of home. The 
master bedroom has a queen bed and sliding glass doors to let in the 
sound of the ocean. Two other bedrooms have a double bed in one and 
two twin beds in the other. It has a combined living room and dining 
area and a full kitchen as well as its own utility room with full-
size washer and dryer. The living room also has a queen sleeper 
sofa.There is a screened-in porch with a beautiful ocean view 
accessible 
from the living room.
In addition to the jacuzzi, Seascape has an outdoor pool that 
overlooks the beach and has a poolside outdoor shower and private 
walkway to the beach. The complex also has an outside grilling area.

Seascape is less than 10 minutes from Barefoot Landing, Tanger 
Outlet Mall, Alligator Adventure, and the House of Blues. We are less 
than 20 minutes from Broadway at the Beach, the Palace Theater, 
Ripley's Aquarium, and Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville.
