Cancellations Policy: A 14 day notice is required for full refund,(minus any credit card transaction fees incurred by owner).
A $100 fee will be charged if less than 14 days notice is given.
Deposit of $100 is required to confirm your reservation. The
balance is due at least 14 days prior to your arrival.
