The 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms have just finished complete  
renovation with brand new fixtures, including private pool with hot  
tub, imported marble floors, new air conditioning and appliances.  
This is one of the only villas in the area that can accommodates  
groups as large as ten people. The estate has a 3000 square foot  
private garden and also includes 30 palm trees.  
 
The kitchen is well equipped includes all new stainless steel  
appliances. A professional cook is on call. The villa has indoor and  
outdoor bars. You can watch the waves break while you make breakfast  
or while having a drink at the indoor or the outdoor bar.  
 
The home has high ceilings and wonderful natural light, beautiful  
furniture made by local craft persons, and breathtaking panoramic  
views of the Pacific. You can see the waves breaking just beyond the  
many palm trees from the livingroom, kitchen or dinning areas. This  
is one of the few homes on the coast with an unobstructed view of  
the Pacific ocean.
