and much more.  Located within walking distance to downtown and only 12 miles from the ski lifts on 
Schweitzer Mountain.

Dine or relax on the covered deck and enjoy spectacular views of 
Lake Pend-Oreille.  Park you boat or jet skis just 30 feet from your 
condo deck.  Limited boat/trailer parking is available on site or 
unlimited parking is available at the nearby marina (just a quick walk across the street to the 
marina).  After a beautiful day of water play, enjoy the many downtown restaurants 
within walking distance of the condominium.

On the property you will find two tennis courts, two outdoor 
swimming pools, a 1/2 basketball court, a sand volleyball court, a
