the garage and unlimited parking outside. This is a 2 bedroom, 2
bath. One bedroom has 2 twin beds plus a trundle bed, the master has
a queen bed. There is also a full size aero bed available.
Portable crib available upon request, as well as use of stroller or
any other baby needs, please inquire. Modern appliances in the
kitchen. Laundry room in unit. Common area includes gas grills,
putting green, and dog run for those dog lovers! Our first floor
unit in this low rise unit has a large patio (15x15)to enjoy the
beautiful San Diego weather.

The unit also includes wireless internet access, in unit
washer/dryer, and cable television. The living room has a flat panel
tv and DVD player. Weekly maid service available for those renting
for more than 1 week. Quality linens, towels, beach toys available
for use. Gym with modern equipment include ellipticals, treadmills,
and weights. You can also workout while you watch your favorite cable
channel! Putting green in complex for those wishing to take some
practice swings before heading out to the many area golf courses.

5 minutes to Torrey Pines State Beach, Del Mar Beach. One exit south
of Del Mar Race Track or take the scenic route through the town of
Del Mar. 10 minutes to Torrey Pines Golf Course. 20 minutes to San
Diego Zoo or Legoland. 30 minutes to Wild Animal Park or downtown San
Diego and Coronado. About 90 minutes south of Disneyland and 2 hours
from Los Angeles. Or just stay "home" and go next door to the
community pool where adults have their own lap lanes. Separate kids
pool plus a great water playground for kids, including toddlers.
Older kids and adults can also enjoy the water slide. Enjoy free
weekly concerts on Sundays at Del Mar Highlands Shopping Center.
More active families can get guest passes to the Pacific Athletic
Club and enjoy the facilities there (pools, tennis, raquetball,
basketball, gym, sauna, hot tub, spa services such as massages,
manicures, etc.). After a relaxing day, walk over to Jimbo's market
and get your favorite meat/fish and wine and utilize the stainless
steel, gas grills. Sit, eat and relax on your private patio or sit in
the common area and enjoy the open air and water fountain.
