The condo is conveniently located at the base of Utah Olympic Park,  
and just two miles away from the Canyons Ski Resort. Park City  
Resort is just five miles away, and the number one rated Deer Valley  
is just seven miles away. Plus the condo is just a 45 minute drive  
to Snowbird, Alta and many other famous Utah resorts. The area is  
loaded with abundant shopping (including a nearby outlet mall),  
restaurants and movie theatre. 
 
Featuring rustic architecture and natural materials, this Park City  
home condo is professionally decorated and has an amazing charm that  
must be experienced to be fully appreciated. It’s open floor plan is  
loaded with upgrades like granite counter tops in both  kitchen and  
bathrooms, hardwood floors, Berber carpeting in bedrooms, slate  
flooring and surrounds in both bathrooms, stainless  steel  
appliances, soft water system, a jetted oval tub in the master  
bedroom, a gas fireplace, and alder doors, trim, and shutters.  
 
Sleeping accommodations and features include a master bedroom with a  
luxurious King Size bed, armoire (with television and DVD player),  
walk-in closet, bathroom with dual sinks, granite countertops, slate  
surrounds, and even a jetted oval tub for two to relax after a long  
day on the slopes.  
 
The second bedroom has a plush queen bed, nightstand, and closet.  
The third bedroom has a two oversized adult bunk beds (sleeping 5  
adults comfortably), plus a nightstand, large closet, and television  
and DVD player so the kids can watch their movies while the adults  
have the rest of the home to themselves. 
 
The family room has a soft leather sofa, an oversized chair and  
ottoman, and a rustic coffee table. It is also features a 32 inch  
flat screen TV (with Dish Network), DVD, and CD player. High-speed  
internet is available in the condo itself, so feel free to bring  
your lap-top computer. 
 
Nearby is the village park and clubhouse. The clubhouse has an  
exercise room, fireplace, computer with high-speed internet access,  
locker-rooms and a community pool with hot tub. Another hot-tub is  
available to the Lodges guests, just outside the condo complex.  
 
This condo is located on the Third floor with elevator access and  
stairwells that lead to the heated garage and personal storage  
closet.
