Vacation Rental Description

Sleeps up to 14 people. 8 Adults and 6 Children. (1738 square foot home) 
 
Estate home on large corner double lot. Wood and tile floors.  
Seperate room for the children with two bunk beds featuring a twin  
over a full on both beds, a closet and Laundry room with Bathroom and  
shower. Joined to main house yet seperated by an  
enclosed breezeway.  
 
Main Bedroom has a king size bed, two nightstands, a recliner, a  
full length dresser with mirror and closet. 
 
Second room has two queen beds with nightstands, lamps and walkin  
closet. 
 
The living room has full size sofa sleeper, a couch, an ottoman and  
an entertainment center with a 27" TV. Also this room features a  
fireplace for those cozy winter nights. 
 
The Kitchen is equipped with a stove, a refrigerator, a microwave,  
and all the cooking and eating utensils needed.  
 
There is a bar in the kitchen with 5 bar stools and the Dining area  
has a large table with 6 chairs. 
 
There is a patio area outside for those that wish to smoke or just  
relax on the lounge chairs.

This property is close to everything that Branson has to offer. You  
are approx. 1/2 mile away from the Branson Landing, Historic  
Downtown  
Branson, The New Convention Center,Bass Pro Shops, Lake Taneycomo  
boat ramp, Scotty's Boat Dock and Guide service. 
 
Some restaurants on the Landing include Joe's Crab Shack, Famous  
Daves BBQ, Sullivans Fine dining, The Hilton, Rocky's Italian food  
and many more.

Vacation Rental Rates

Daily and Weekly Rentals:  NEW Option...**Pay By Credit Card now** 
 
August 10-Mar 10 .. $150/night .. $800/week. Minimum 3 night stay 
Mar 11-August 10 .. $200/night or $1000/week(6 nights). 
 
There is an 11.5% Branson lodging tax that will be added to the total  
package. 
 
*Stays less then three nights will be charged an additional $50 fee. 
 
To Reserve dates-50% deposit due at reservation then remaining  
balance due upon arrival. 
 
Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. 
 
Cancellation Policy: 
 
30 Days prior to stay you will get a full refund. 14 Days or less no  
refund.   
 
I will try my best to re-rent the house. If I can rerent those dates I will give you  
a full refund regardless of the time span. 
 
 
No refunds on long term deposits.
