quality linens.  The master bedroom also has a private bath with a  
separate dressing area and walk in closet.    
*The second bedroom/den has two trundle beds or can be used as a  
large den just off the living room. *The second bathroom has just  
been renovated with a beautiful walk in shower.  
*A large comfortable living room with a view of the intra-coastal  
from the porch. 
*Located just South of Indian Rocks Beach, a beach trolley stops in  
front of condo and runs to Clearwater Beach to the North (10  
minutes)  
or St. Pete Beach to the South (15 minutes).

Silverware/Cookware/Dinnerware etc.

Vacation Rental Rates

2008/2009 Rates include all taxes. 
 
February &  March:   $2,895.00 Per month, tax included (Monthly  
Rentals Only). 
 
January, April & December:   $2,090 Per month, tax included. 
$690.00 Per week, tax included .  (There is a 2-week per-month  
minimum rental). Arrive and depart on any day you choose during that  
month.  
 
May through November:   $1,495.00 Per month, tax included.  
$490.00 Per week, tax included. (There is a 2-week per-month minimum  
rental). Arrive and depart on any day you choose during that month.  
 
Additional expenses: Cleaning and fresh Linen fee: $95.00 and a  
$300.00 security deposit.
