Vacation Rental Description

Breathtaking views across East Verde River from lower level wrap-
around deck on three sides of this beautiful and comfortable 1700 
sq. ft. vacation home.  Private deck off upper level spacious master 
suite overlooks the seasonal East Verde river - perfect for 
stargazing or morning coffee in the cool Mogollon Rim country.

Master suite with king size bed, downstairs bedroom with queensize 
bed.  Upstairs loft area with fold-out couch sleeps two, plus living 
room sectional contains pull-out bed for two. Living room and 
downstairs bedroom with satellite TV.  The house is stocked with 
DVD's, videos, reading materials, games, and jig-saw puzzles to fill 
restful leisure time.  Beautiful, well-equipped kitchen, outdoor 
barbeque, foosball table on deck.  

  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Complete kitchen with all appliances, cookware, dishes, and 
utensils.  

Satellite TV in living room and downstairs bedroom.  DVD's, videos, 
books, games, radio.  Telephone (need calling card for long 
distance).

Washer/dryer in laundry room.  Extra deck chairs, barbeque.  
Foosball table on deck.  Two car garage.

Propane fireplace heater, plus electric wall heaters.  Ceiling fans 
in living room and bedrooms.

Bed linens for all sleeping areas; bathroom and kitchen towels.  

Activities and Attractions

Close to both Payson and Pine for excellent dining choices, 
entertainment and shopping options.

Hiking, swimming, fishing close by.  Visit breathtaking Mogollon Rim 
country, Natural Bridges, nearby lakes.

Vacation Rental Rates

$200.00/night with two night minimum, or $1200/week.

$75.00 non-refundable cleaning fee.

$350.00 refundable security deposit
