Vacation Rental Description

This home sits on one of the nicest lots on High Rock Lake.  Your 
only neighbors will be the Bass, Brim and Catfish.  If it wasn't for 
the driveway, you would be on an island!!
The home itself consist of three bedrooms, and two full baths.  The 
suede coach also folds out to accommodate two.  Eight guest can 
sleep comfortably.  The master suite boast a jacuzzi tub, large tile 
shower, two private decks, a fireplace and plasma TV.!! 
The kitchen is equiped for the gourmet chef in the family, including 
all stainless appliances. Almost every room opens to a deck or 
patio.  The downstairs living area is great for relaxing after a 
long day on the lake.  You'll love lounging on the couch either 
watching television or enjoying the view of the lake. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Gas and charcoal grill, plasma TV's w/ cable, stero, private decks, 
large "meeting area" deck, outdoor shower, pier w/dock, private 
concrete boat ramp, beautifully furnished with pieces from around 
the world.

Activities and Attractions

Numerous restaurants within 10-15 miles, with many that serve Famous 
Lexington BBQ.  Childress Vineyard, Bob Timberlake Gallary, RCR 
Racing Museum, and Historic Uptown Lexington.  Also located a short 
drive to Charolotte, Winston-Salem,  High Point and Greensboro.

Vacation Rental Rates

Jan 3rd - March 31st (off season) $1000 wkly or $175 nightly

April 1st - Sept 10th (peak season) $1500 wkly or $250 nightly (2 night minimum)

Sept 11th - Jan 2nd (holiday special) $1200 wkly or $225 nightly (2 
night minimum)

*cleaning fee $65
*refundable damage deposit $200
*all money due at time of booking
