Summer Weekly rates 7/1/08 through 9/1/08 are $3185.00 

Off-season weekly rates 9/2/08 through 10/1/08 are $2401.00 

Weekly rates include: 

-A fully refundable $300 security deposit reimbursed 10 business days upon check out provided the 
home is left in relatively the same condition as when you arrive! 

-Complimentary pet rent up to 2 well behaved, well groomed pets (a $156.80 value!)

Joey's Beach House has 3 bedrooms, two downstairs and the Master Bedroom upstairs and can sleep 9 
adults comfortably and up to 10 if needed. 

One bedroom downstairs includes an exquisite queen sleigh bed with matching furniture that leads out 
to your private deck and hot tub. (Sleeps 2) 

One bedroom downstairs includes two full beds with Asian inspired designed beds and furnishings. 
(Sleeps up to 4 adults) 

Master Bedroom includes an extraordinary King Size bed with custom furnishings throughout. All beds 
include premium plush mattresses and bedding. 5 star quality linens throughout the home! (Sleeps 2) 

An additional dreamer fold out bed is located in the living room ottoman in the great room along with 
a mission style couch and chaise lounge (Sleeps 1-3)

Peak Season Rates (May 25th through September 6, 2007)

Weekend Rates: $450/NT
Weeknight Rates: $400/NT
Weekly Rates: $2500.00/Week (Great Value!)

Minimum Stay is 2 Nights

Off-Peak Season Rates (September 7th through May 24th, 2008)

Weekend Rates: $350/NT
Weeknight Rates: $300/NT
Weekly Rates: $1800/Week (Great Value!)

Minimum Stay is 2 Nights

Holiday Rates for Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving,
Christmas and New 
Years:

$475/Holiday

Minimum Stay is 3 Nights

Stay 4 nights during any holiday period and your 5th night is free!

Well groomed and well behaved pets are considered with prior approval
only.

Pet fee is $10.00/NT per pet

Cleaning fee is $85.00 regardless of duration of stay

All rates (with the exception of your cleaning fee) are subject to a
12% lodging and services tax.

Reservations can be made up to one year in advance.  

A security deposit of $300.00 plus the $85 cleaning fee is due to hold your reservation and is NON-
REFUNDABLE if you decide to cancel, however, you can use these funds towards another reservation up 
to one year.  

After your stay, the $300 security deposit is assessed after our hosts inspect the home for any 
damage or excessive cleaning.  If the house is left in relatively the same condition as when you 
arrived, your security deposit is returned within 10 business days. 

Your full reservation bill is due 14 days prior to your check-in.
