Vacation Rental Description

quiet gated waterfront community where you can relax, watch  
the sunsets and enjoy world class fishing and water sports. Your  
location, while secluded, is near Tampa, St Petersburg and  
Clearwater on the eastern shore of Tampa Bay. Close to all the area  
attractions including several major league sports teams, deep sea  
fishing, golf and gulf coast beaches and museums.  
 
This 7 bedroom 5-1/2 bath home is BAYFRONT and has amazing water views 
from almost every room. SLEEPS 16!  Watch abundant wildlife  
from the multi level decks and patios. Swim in our crystal clear  
pool and relax in the hot tub while enjoying spectacular sunsets  
over the bay! Use of a Nautic Star 20' Deck Boat is included! There  
are 3 master suites to choose from, each equipped with individual  
refrigerators and coffee makers!  
 
This is a guard gated community with a private beach pavilion,  
community club house with an additional pool and boat ramp! We are  
located 2 minutes from the Apollo Beach Golf Club, 5 minutes from the  
Apollo Beach public bay front beach park, just a few minutes from I-75,  
20 minutes from downtown Tampa, 30 minutes from Busch Gardens,  
an hour from Clearwater Beach and 1-1/2 hours from the Orlando  
attractions (Disney, Universal and Sea World theme parks).  
Shopping, movies, and a selection of restaurants are just 5-15 
minutes away.  
 
If you choose to dine close by, you will find fabulous food and  
atmosphere at Circles Restaurant & Marina (gas dock service  
available), our favorite waterfront indoor/outdoor dining spot.  
 
Amenities: Fully air conditioned, Cable service, seven (7) flat  
screen LCD TV's with DVD players, high speed wireless internet  
access, pool toys, DVDs, books and games, Pool Table, Foosball  
Table, Private Pool with Hot Tub, Jacuzzi Tub in largest Master  
Bathroom. Kitchen is equipped with a full complement of appliances  
including ice maker, microwave, oven, cook top, dishwasher, blender,  
coffee maker and all necessary cooking and eating utensils, dishes  
and glassware. Dedicated boat slip equipped with water and power at  
community marina is a short walk from the house, can accommodate up  
to a 50 ft boat! We also provide basic paper products for your 
convenience (paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, coffee filters, etc)  
along with laundry/dish washing detergent and miscellaneous cleaning  
products. We also provide linens, towels, beach towels and washer/dryer.  
Four (4) bicycles with helmets for you to enjoy are located in the  
four (4) car garage.

SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: $500 Refundable Security/Damage Deposit for 
property. 
 
$500 Security/Damage deposit for the use of the boat; you must  
be at least 25 years old to rent this property and ALL REGISTERED  
GUESTS OVER 18 ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A PHOTO ID TO VERIFY IDENTITY.  
 
*Because this is a private, gated community we run criminal background 
checks on all registered guests 18 and over.* 
 
**This home is currently offered for sale at $2.5 million dollars, 
fully furnished, including Boat and Jaguar. 
 
CANCELLATION POLICY:  In the event that the Renter cancels this 
reservation / contract for any reason, Owner will attempt to  
re-market / fill the reservation / contract for the Renter prior  
to the Renter’s Check-In Date.  Your contract will be assignable  
with the Symphony Land Trust with the approval of the assignee  
of the Symphony Land Trust. If the cancellation occurs within  
less than thirty (30) days of the Check-In Date and the Owner is  
unable to re-market prior to the Renter’s Check-In Date, the  
Renter will be liable for fifty (50%) percent of the rental costs.   
Owner will make all reasonable efforts to re-market / fill the  
Rental Property reservation for you by the Check-In Date.
