20 minutes from downtown Tampa, 30 minutes from Busch Gardens,
an hour from Clearwater Beach and 1-1/2 hours from the Orlando
attractions (Disney, Universal and Sea World theme parks).
Shopping, movies, and a selection of restaurants are just 5-15
minutes away.
If you choose to dine close by, you will find fabulous food and
atmosphere at Circles Restaurant & Marina (gas dock service
available), our favorite waterfront indoor/outdoor dining spot.

be at least 25 years old to rent this property and ALL REGISTERED
GUESTS OVER 18 ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A PHOTO ID TO VERIFY IDENTITY.

checks on all registered guests 18 and over.*

fully furnished, including Boat and Jaguar.
CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event that the Renter cancels this
reservation / contract for any reason, Owner will attempt to
re-market / fill the reservation / contract for the Renter prior
to the Renter’s Check-In Date. Your contract will be assignable
with the Symphony Land Trust with the approval of the assignee
of the Symphony Land Trust. If the cancellation occurs within
less than thirty (30) days of the Check-In Date and the Owner is
unable to re-market prior to the Renter’s Check-In Date, the
Renter will be liable for fifty (50%) percent of the rental costs.
Owner will make all reasonable efforts to re-market / fill the
Rental Property reservation for you by the Check-In Date.
