This rare, Beach Level,Gulf Front condo is located at Holiday Villas III in Indian Shores, Florida on the beautiful white sandy beaches of The Gulf of Mexico. Holiday Villas III is located at 18610 Gulf Boulevard approximately 40 minutes from Tampa Airport between the cities of Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach.
This large beach level 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo sleeps 6 comfortably. The master bedroom suite has a king size bed, a private bath with a patio door to the heated swimming pool. The 2nd bedroom has queen size bed and a private bath. There is also a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. All bedrooms have cable TV.
This spacious living area walks out to a covered patio facing the beach with a BBQ area close by. Play shuffle board, relax by the heated pool or walk on the beach.
A private boat dock on the intercoastal waterway is available for you at a nominal fee. This condo is connected to our 1 bedroom and can be opened up to be a large 3 bedroom.
