$145 per night. Stay 6 nights and get the 7th night Free! ($870 per
week)
2 night minimum expect for Memorial Day and Labor Day Holiday a 3
night and on 4th of July a 5 night mininmun.

$145 Security Deposit required at time of reservation.
+$75 one time cleaning fee
a 4% sales tax also applies
Security Deposit will serve as Damage Deposit to be refunded by mail
within two weeks of completion
of stay
and damage assessment.
A full Refund will be made if the reservation is cancelled prior to
14 days of check-in
Final payment due prior to or at time of check-in
