Vacation Rental Description

Our guests have commented "Perfect location, best view and balcony  
we have ever seen" and "We love your beautiful condo." The den has  
new furniture with a sofa/sleeper(Queen Size) and TV with DVD/VCR.   
Our full size kitchen has new appliances, radio with CD and equipped  
with extras.  Relax in the light and beachy interior.  Our guest  
bedroom has twin beds with a TV.  A full bath is off the main  
hallway.  The master bedroom has a queen bed with tropical Waverly  
comforter, TV/DVD and a full/private bath.  Our two sliding glass  
doors lead on to the large balcony with bar high patio furniture.   
All new flooring, interior doors, furniture and wallpaper throughout  
the condo.  NEW, May 2006, AC/Heating System. Nov 2007 NEW Patio  
Doors

June 28 - August 22 .. $1380/week    Aug. 23 - Sept. 5 .. $880/week 
Sept. 6 - October 24 .. $700/week    Oct. 25 - Jan. 2 .. $450/week 
 
Weekly rates include, one parking pass, new linen and towels and  
departure cleaning.  ADD 11% SC Sales Tax.  Must be 23 years of age  
to rent.  No Pets.  This is a No Smoking Unit. Rentals are Saturday  
to Saturday.  Dec. through March monthly rental available.  Until  
confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
