Vacation Rental Description

Luxurious and spacious oceanfront condo in modern Tower building at Kawama Yacht Club,
a beautifully landscaped gated resort on the Atlantic Ocean at the southern tip of Key
Largo in the Florida Keys.

Our elevated 3rd floor condo with private balcony offers one of the best ocean and 
marina views of all Tower units!! Currently being remodeled with upgraded kitchen 
including granite countertops and glass mosaic tile backsplash, granite topped bathroom
vanities, brand new high-end living room, dining room and master bedroom furniture and
tasteful décor.  Please note that renovations will be completed by mid May 2008,
and new photos will be posted at that time.

1350 square feet of living space in an open plan format all on one level. Queen bed 
and baby crib in the master bedroom, 1 Queen bed and 1 full double bed plus 1 twin bed
over full in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have full ensuite bathrooms. Fully air 
conditioned and equipped with all necessary kitchen and dining items, including brand 
new bed and bath linens.  Spacious living room has a wide screen TV, a DVD system and a 
CD/stereo system. Condo also has a separate laundry room equipped with new washer and
dryer.

Kawama Yacht Club is set on an unspoiled peninsula between the virgin habit of a bird
sanctuary to the south and the beautifully preserved John Pennekamp Marine Coral Reef 
State Park to the north.  Dolphins can often be seen from the shore and if you are lucky
you may glimpse the beautiful but endangered Manatee.

Kawama Yacht Club features two South Seas Style beach areas within a 2 minute stroll from
the unit. These have thatched palm Tikki shelters and tables, plentiful seating and 
barbeques. 

Relax in either of two heated in-ground tiled pools including a brand new pool (2007) 
shaped like a Coco-de-Mer for the exclusive use of Tower residents and guests which is 
just steps from the unit.

Spend time at the large palm fringed saltwater swimming lagoon which is approximately 
1000 feet long and incorporates swimming platforms and a sand beach for the children. 
This lake is stocked with colourful tropical fish such as Parrot Fish, Sargent Majors,
small Tarpon and Barracuda to feed and snorkel with. For divers, this is also a perfect 
place to check new gear before heading out to the ocean.

Enjoy a tennis match on one of two floodlit hard tennis courts.  Experience sensational
sunsets from our 400’ esplanade which also offers one of many fishing opportunities from
the point.  The Molasses Reef Marina caters to individuals wishing to bring their own 
watercraft, with complimentary boat launch facilities for renters, slip rentals and 
trailer storage. 

Take a leisurely stroll around the resort by way of several walkways that are lit at 
night.  Many early morning walkers and joggers explore the interior paths and roadways 
of the island, and many walk around the paths adjacent to the Key Largo Community Park 
which is beautifully landscaped with various tropical foliage.

features two elevators for ready access to unit.

Onsite: 30+ Acre Gated Community, 24hr Security, Ocean Front Beach w/Tiki Huts and BBQ's, 
2 Swimming Pools, Saltwater Lagoon w/Beach, Marina with Boat Ramp, Tennis Courts, New 
Playground, Basketball, Fish/Snorkel/Catch Lobster from our 400' jetty.

$500.00 Reservation/Damage Deposit. Rental Fee Due On or Before Arrival.
Payment by certified cheque, wire transfer or Paypal accepted. A 5% 
Paypal service fee will be added.
