$100 extra per week

11.5% Sales Tax and $70. Cleaning Fee per Unit. 
We also require a 10% fully refundable security deposit at check-in.

Rental Cost Break Down:
Seasonal Rate (Weekly or Monthly) per unit11.5% Sales Tax
+ One Time Cleaning Fee of $70. 
=Total Per Unit

Confirmation Policy: We require 50% of Total Rental Amount to confirm your reservation. The balance is due on or before check-in.

Security Deposit: Fully Refundable. This is a separate payment. We require 10% of rental amount as a security deposit. This is due at time of check-in. Payable by check. Fully refundable at check-out if there is no damage to property.

Holidays Bookings: $100. Extra per week.

Cancellation Policy: Payments are fully refundable if canceled 30 days prior to arrival date. Payments are non-refundable if less than 30 days prior to arrival date.
