there is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath attached Granny Flat with it's own  
private entrance. 
 
This home also includes a full kitchen with brand new Stainless  
Steel Appliances, living room areas with Ocean Views on both levels,  
dining room, laundry facilities, and televisions with cable access  
throughout the home.  All bed and bath linens are provided.
