Rental Policies and Deposits
$50 Cleaning Fee
credit card number for security, or... $350 refundable security
deposit.
Fifty percent down required to reserve. Balance due 60 days prior
to arrival date.
Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent refund up to 31 days prior to
arrival. No refund after 30 days prior to arrival date except for
security deposit and cleaning fees. No pets.
