The second floor has an open loft which overlooks the living room,
the second bedroom and bath. This unit will sleep a total of 8, with
a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom,
and queen sleeper sofas in both the living room & the loft. The
balcony is accessible through French Doors from both the living room
and the master bedroom. Also included for your convenience are 3
cable connected TV's and DVD & VCR players, washer/dryer, iron &
ironing board, in- room safe, wet bar, and free wireless internet.

This unit may also be combined with a Lockout Effciency to make 3
bedrooms, 3 bath unit, comfortably sleeping 10.

** Above rates do not include state & local tax of 12.5%.

** A 40% deposit is required for a reservation and the balance is
is due 2 weeks prior to check in.

** Visa, MasterCard & personal checks are accepted.

** Full refunds, less a $25 cancellation fee, will be made for a
cancellation 30 days prior to check in. Cancellation within 30
days of check in will result in forfieture of deposit.
