Vacation Rental Description

Our spacious 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom home is set in the prestigious 
estate of Calabay Parc at Tower Lake, quietly situated on the Haines 
City / Davenport borders, 6 minutes south of I-4 off of US Hwy-27. 
This gated community has a lakeside setting and is conveniently 
located close to large supermarkets, countless restaurants, many 
highly-acclaimed golf courses, not to mention the shopping malls, 
outlet stores, theme parks and much more... and in less than 20 
minutes, you can be at the main gate of Walt Disney World.

Our home features a private heated swimming pool and spa surrounded 
by landscaped palms and planting. Set on a larger than average 
corner plot the villa benefits from a fabulous sunny, south facing, 
open viewed aspect and is not "back-to-back" or "side-to-side" like 
many villas. The lanai, complete with cooling overhead fan provides 
welcome shade throughout the day, whilst the pool deck aspect 
ensures maximum sun.

The villa is fully equipped with everything you'll need for a 
holiday full of relaxation, fun and excitement.

Living Accommodation
 
Lounge - The spacious, open plan lounge is at the heart of your 
holiday home. It comprises of a comfortable three-piece suite, 
coffee table, side tables and a 37" Flat LCD television with cable 
and digital channels. There is also a DVD player equipped with a 
range of DVD's. The large patio doors look out into the south facing 
pool area. Ceiling fan.

Dining Room - This elegant and light space has a large dining table 
with six chairs. Perfect for family gatherings or entertaining with 
a meal in the evenings.

Kitchen & Breakfast Nook - The fully fitted kitchen includes a 
dishwasher, large fridge-freezer with ice maker, microwave, full 
sized cooker-range and a full supply of small appliances and cooking 
equipment to ensure you have everything you need. There is a nook 
with table and chairs, and a breakfast bar with stools - many 
options to suit your dining preferences.

The Den - Double doors lead from the entrance area to a separate, 
second reception room equipped with sofa and coffee table, 
television, DVD player and a PlayStation 2. There’s a selection of 
popular games and DVD's for your use, along with books, board games 
and playing cards.

Laundry - Fully equipped with Washer, Dryer, Ironing Board and Iron.

Bedrooms
 
Master Bedroom Suite - The ground floor master bedroom looks out 
onto the pool area, with direct access on to the lanai. With a king-
size bed, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and a walk in wardrobe, 
it’s the perfect place to retreat for relaxation and privacy. Also 
includes a flat LCD TV and DVD player and bedside clock/radio with 
iPod dock. The fabulous en-suite bathroom features a large corner 
bath, spacious shower room, and twin basins with a range of storage 
cupboards. 

Master Bedroom 2 - Large en-suite master bedroom with King-size bed, 
with a spacious wardrobe, and a TV with DVD player. 

Master Bedroom 3 - Another spacious master en-suite, with a Queen-
size bed, dressing area and full shower room. Also includes a TV, 
DVD and bedside clock/radio for your comfort and enjoyment. 

Bedrooms 4 - A twin bedroom which is light and spacious, with plenty 
of storage. This bedroom has an en-suite, with shower over the bath. 
There is a TV and bedside clock radio.

Bedroom 5 - A second twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, with 
shower fittings over the bath. The Disney pictures and TV are 
perfect for children and adults alike.

Swimming & Outdoors

Step out on to the covered patio, where there is plenty of room to 
relax on the sun loungers, or enjoy dinner. The large fully screened 
pool and spa can be heated if required, and the extended deck, 
looking out over open space, provides plenty of room to enjoy the 
sunny Florida weather.

Vacation Rental Rates

Low Season - $980 (£550) per week
January, February, March, November, Early December

Mid Season - $1155 (£650) per week
April, May, June, September, October

High Season - $1330 (£750) per week
July, August, Easter, Christmas, New Year

Rates per week are inclusive of all taxes.

Pool heating is an optional extra.
Pool Heat - $175 (£100) per week
Recommended during winter months and required any time to heat the 
spa.

A deposit of $250 (£150) is required to secure a booking.

A conditionally refundable Security Deposit of $250 (£150) is 
required with final payment.
