Vacation Rental Rates

Regular rates: $150/per-nite  
and $300/2-nites (minimun) 
or $450/3-nights,  
$750/week, or  
 
$2400/month ( which is the equivalent of $80/per nite! ) 
 
FOR Holiday and Special Event Rates:

A $300 security deposit will be refunded after check out if the  
condo is left in the same "good" condition as when U checked in! 
 
An additional $100 final cleaning fee is required. (Non-Refundable !) 
 
NO SMOKING / NO PETS.
