        This spectacular Beach House is only 100 yards to the sand.  It offers 2300 sq ft with 3 bedrooms and a loft that can be a 4th bedroom, 4 bathrooms, (7 beds in total and an air mattress. We have accommodated 16 people for more then a week), and a giant 800 square foot deck with ocean views. The 16 foot ceiling, open floor plan, and pristine master suite give it the 4 star hotel feel. But best of all the roof deck has been transformed into an outdoor great room. This Tropical oasis is crawling with exotic plans, has 3 water falls, a full Italian stone kitchen, with built in barbecue, sink, frig, bar and gas fire pit which gives off great heat. Excellent for late night talks with friends.  It also is equipped with a 32 inch super bright outdoor weather proof HDTV. Yes, TV outside! You can relax in the sun and watch the ocean or BBQ and party with friend while watching a game or a move. The house has a 4 zone audio system with speaker through out the house and an MP3 hook up.  So bring you I pod and listen to you favorite music all through the house and outside on the deck.  This is the ultimate beach Vacation Spot.

        This Italian Beach Villa is located in a great beach community with quiet walk streets, fun restaurants, and beautiful beaches. You can walk everywhere. Only one block to the sand and 4 blocks to the local hang out spot. There you will find bike/roller blade rentals, surfing lessons, shopping and great restaurants all open late. The fun never stops. 3 more blocks is the famous Venice Beach Board Walk. With funky people, live entertainment, and tons of great deals on anything you could ever want.
