The cottage is located 10 minutes from Traverse City on Silver Lake.
The lake has warm water and a sandy bottom with several islands to
swim or water ski off. The secluded beach and cottage offer a quiet
setting with lots of privacy. The cottage has a deck overlooking the
beach and lake. Relax in the evening around the fire on the beach.

Newly remodeled last spring with all new furniture. 3 bedrooms two
with double beds and one with bunk beds. There is one bathroom and an
additional enclosed shower outside. The living and dining room
overlook the deck providing a great view of the lake and private
beach. There is a dock and a row boat for your use free.
Groceries, Pizza, Ice Cream, Gas and Liquor Stores are just a few
miles down the road.

vacation rental rates
Spring until July $1,000 per week. July and August $1,350 per week.
After August rates drop back to $1,000 per week.
