flooring throughout.  The home is on 125' of harborfront with all of 
the modern conveniences.  Peaceful, private setting.  Huge screened-
in porch facing the water.

House is not on stilts, only 2 steps to go up. Convenient for those 
with special needs, including wider doorways, 
pocket doors, and wheelchair-accessible master bathroom.
Central heat and air conditioning.
Fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances.
Washer/dryer.
TV with cable/wireless internet/unlimited local and long-distance 
phone service.
Boat launch 1 block from cottage.
No smoking.

Activities and Attractions

State Park and Bird Sanctuary 3 miles away.
2 golf courses nearby.
White, sandy, 8-mile long Gulf Coast beach one mile from cottage.
Four seasons of activites, including fishing, swimming, biking,

Vacation Rental Rates

$300 Friday - Monday(plus tax)
$600 per week for 2 adults (plus tax)
$625 per week for a family of 4 (plus tax)
$25 per week for each additional adult
$250 refundable secuity deposit.  
$50 cleaning fee  
Discounts for monthly and seasonal rental.
