This Beach House boasts a gold marble courtyard patio entrance which is furnished with a table and chairs where you will be enamored with the captivating breezes of the Atlantic Ocean.

Two marble columns lead to the front door entrance which opens to display gold marble stone floors completely throughout. The decor is furnished with a State of the Art motorized Italian leather reclining sofa for two, leather chaise lounge, desk, chair, Sharp 42" Flat Panel HDTV, Movie Library and DVD stereo speakers in every room including the outside Spa area.

In the dining room there is an exquisite glass top twin dolphin table with four fun chairs made in Italy.

The State of the Art kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a rare exotic granite counter, stainless steel appliances and a filtered ice maker.

The kitchen leads to a private turkish tumbled marble and glass block rear intimate patio with table and chairs. Just a few steps away there is an additional marble patio with custom table and chairs with an umbrella and a professional infra-red sizzler grill set in a dreamy exotic tropical paradise.

In the bedroom, there is a Bernhardt Four Poster (Quality) King Size Bed with deluxe bedding and a wall mounted Sony 32" HDTV. Sliding glass doors lead to a tropical landscaped lit patio with loungers. Just off the bedroom there is an elegantly appointed custom marble/granite Full Bathroom. 

In the second bedroom, there is a Designer Four Poster (Quality) Queen Size Bed with deluxe bedding, a wall mounted flat screen HDTV, DVD player and a Spectacular Custom Marble/Glass Block Walk-In Shower. Sliding glass doors off the bedroom lead to a separate tropical marble patio with an additional outside heated shower and Private therapy spa with 41 healing jets.

Welcome to paradise! We found this place to be so much more than anticipated, and enjoyed every minute, despite 2 days of rain. If you can pull yourself away take a walk along the beach,have breakfast at Luna Rosa (also on the beach in Delray at Atlantic Ave) on Howard Johnson corner excellent! Oceans 234 was also very good. Then have coffee in
the back courtyard by the spa! And don't leave without experiencing the spa; it's delightful. There's nothing missing here, it's a unique gem, so beautifully appointed nothing left out, from the towels to the chairs, to the tiles, to the movies to the bed,to the sheets --everything! Enjoy --- we can't wait to return! Thanks Ann, you're special, so is your lovely villa.

Rebates
There will be no rebates given for inoperable appliances or faulty equipment, unfavorable weather, early departure, interruption of utilities, construction in the area or maintenance problems. The only exception is hurricanes, where rebates will be given for unused nights only when mandatory evacuation is ordered by the Broward County government.
