wooded neighborhood, easy walk to the beach.
Sleeps 16 will allow up to 25.

when the winter storms literally make the ocean put on a show for you?
At the Arnold Beach Haven Newport you will experience the wonder
of nature.  Whether it's whale watching, crabbing, clamming, fishing
for salmon, or just falling asleep in front of a warm fireplace, here
you are guaranteed to have fun!!!
This beautiful beach house is located on the Central Oregon Coast 2
miles south of Newport.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The house is 2756 sq. ft.
High speed wireless internet
Large gourmet kitchen with granite and tile counter tops, many work
areas perfect for large groups, beautifully decorated that could be
featured in a magazine.  Can even watch your favorite program on the
TV built into the cabinet above the cooking area.  Many windows and
skylights.  It is equipped with all the basic cooking, baking, and eating
utensils.
5 bedrooms, plus one common area for a total of 6 queen beds, 1
double bed, and one set of bunk beds (2 twins).
Bedroom Configuration:  Upstairs Bedroom #1 has one queen bed,
Upstairs Bedroom #2 has one set bunk beds, Downstairs Bedroom #3 has
two queen beds,  Downstairs Bedroom #4 has one queen size bed, 
Downstairs bedroom #5 has one double bed, Downstairs common room 
has 2 queen beds.

The house has blankets and pillows.  You will need to bring your own
sheets, towels, firewood, paper products, and cleaning rags.  All cleaning
supplies are supplied by us, except cleaning rags.  You will be
expected to clean the house like you found it as it will be inspected
after you leave.   If you prefer to have a cleaning service clean the
house it will be an additional charge of $120.
There is parking for 6 cars total, with 4 inside the garage and 2 in the
driveway.   No motorhomes, no boats, no trailers are allowed.  
There is no parking along the street.
There are no pets or smoking allowed.

The beach house is located about 2 miles south of Newport.  It is in a
beautiful setting of large Sitka Spruce trees and is an easy walk to
the beach.  The beach house is located in the middle of lots of things
to do.

Many quaint shops and  fine restaurants are located in Newport, Depoe
Bay and Lincoln City.

Vacation Rental Rates

There is a 1% Oregon Lodging Tax
There is a one time $30 inspection/processing fee
The rates listed below are for the first 12 people.  
Add $15 per person per night that exceed 12 people.
For the year 2008
Jan, Feb, March, April, May, Nov, Dec  weekends are $280.00 per night, 
weekdays are $205 per night (exceptions would be spring breaks and
Christmas break, which are $250.00 per night for weekdays)
June   $365.00 per night  
July, August  $415.00 per night  (7 day minimum during July and August) 
Sept, Oct   weekends are $365 per night, weekdays are $255.00 per night  
Holidays :  Labor Day,  Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New
years Day, Memorial Day, and the Seafood & Wine Festival are 
$415.00 per night.    Thanksgiving is a 4 day weekend for $1510.00.
