This beautiful beach house is located on the Central Oregon Coast 2
miles south of Newport.

The house is 2756 sq. ft.

Large kitchen with granite and tile counter tops, many work
areas perfect for large groups, beautifully decorated. Can even watch your favorite program on the TV built into the cabinet above the cooking area. Many windows and skylights. It is equipped with all the basic cooking, baking, and eating utensils.
5 bedrooms, plus one common area for a total of 6 queen beds, 1
double bed, and one set of bunk beds (2 twins).
Bedroom Configuration: Upstairs Bedroom #1 has one queen bed,
Upstairs Bedroom #2 has one set bunk beds, Downstairs Bedroom #3 has
two queen beds, Downstairs Bedroom #4 has one queen size bed,
Downstairs bedroom #5 has one double bed, Downstairs common room
has 2 queen beds.

The house has blankets and pillows. You will need to bring your own
sheets, towels, firewood, paper products, and cleaning rags. All cleaning
supplies are supplied by us, except cleaning rags. You will be
expected to clean the house like you found it as it will be inspected
after you leave. If you prefer to have a cleaning service clean the
house it will be an additional charge of $120.
There is parking for 6 cars total, with 4 inside the garage and 2 in the
driveway. No motorhomes, no boats, no trailers are allowed.
There is no parking along the street.
There are no pets or smoking allowed.

The beach house is located about 2 miles south of Newport. It is in a
beautiful setting of large Sitka Spruce trees and is an easy walk to
the beach. The beach house is located in the middle of lots of things
to do.

Add $15 per person per night that exceed 12 people.

weekdays are $205 per night (exceptions would be spring breaks and
Christmas break, which are $260 per night for weekdays)
June $335 per night
July, August $395 per night 
Sept, Oct weekends are $335 per night, weekdays are $225 per night
Holidays : Labor Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New
years Day, Memorial Day, and the Seafood & Wine Festival are
$395 per night. Thanksgiving is a 4 day weekend for $1510.00.
