This beautiful beach house is located on the Central Oregon Coast 3
miles north of Yachats and 19 miles south of Newport.

The house has blankets and pillows. You will need to bring your own
sheets, towels, firewood, paper products, and cleaning rags. All cleaning
supplies are supplied by us, except cleaning rags. You will be
expected to clean the house like you found it as it will be inspected
after you leave. If you prefer to have a cleaning service clean the
house it will be an additional charge of $120.
There is parking for 8 cars. 
There are no pets or smoking allowed.

The beach house is located about 3 miles north of Yachats and about 19 miles south of Newport.  The beach house is located in the middle of lots of things
to do.

Current Rate Information:

Rates are $195 to $440 per night depending on what time of the year you are using it.
Rates are for the first 12 people.  Add $15 per person per night that exceed 12 people.  

There is a 1% Oregon Lodging Tax and a one time $30 processing/inspection fee.
