Special Events rates apply.  

February, March, April, June, July, August - $540 per week or $89 night +$65 departure cleaning and 12.5% sales/tourist tax.  Saturday to Saturday weekly rentals only in June and July and August.

May, September, October., November, December - $75 Daily; $425 Weekly; Plus tax and cleaning.  Three night minimum.
