Feel your spirit soar as you gaze out the floor-to-ceiling windows
of our house - a charming beach cottage (1000 square feet) located
on Latigo Shore, a private beach in the heart of Malibu. Sip your
morning coffee on the upper deck while watching dolphins, seagulls
and seals frolic in the surf. 

At low tide, you can explore the tide pools just outside your door.
Catch a few waves on a surfboard or boogie board when the tide rolls
in. Or take long walks to Paradise Cove Beach Cafe and back.

Our darling beach house is located at the end of a private road,
well off the busy Pacific Coast Highway. This offers privacy, easy
parking and a peaceful atmosphere. It has been newly remodeled and
features a sparkling new kitchen, a dreamy master bedroom with
sliding glass doors that open to a sweeping ocean view looking down
the coast at night at the twinkling lights of Santa Monica.
Directly across the bay, you will see Catalina Island.

A second bedroom has a Queen bed and a twin bed with direct access to a private enclosed patio. The home also has a single car garage, cable
television and wireless internet connection. You will often dine
outdoors in the private patio, complete with outdoor dining table,
chairs and new gas barbeque. A heated deck shower ensures that the
beach stays outside and offers the opportunity to enjoy the aromas
and sensations of invigorating sea air while you rinse off the salt
and sand.

Gorgeous tide pools, surfing and sea kayaking are awaiting you,
steps from your door. Nearby you'll find many fine restaurants,
chic shopping, a movie house and adventurous hiking. (Solstice State
Park is less than a mile, with its historic trails and waterfall.)

Whether you are a couple looking for a romantic getaway or a family
of four looking for some fun in the sun, our Malibu beach cottage
offers something for everone. You won't be disappointed when you
step back to old Malibu, when cottages, not mansions, were the
accepted standard for Hollywood stars who wanted to "get away" for
the weekend!
