$500.00 refundable deposit upon completion of rental
$150.00 cleaning fee, 12.5% tax. $150 electric allowance monthly, $50.00 for Wireless Internet

Cancellation or Default of Reservation Policy:

Cancellation must be made no later than 90 days prior to arrival for any reservation made prior to 90 days.

 All rents are due in advance and non-refundable as agreed to at time of reservation.

In case of cancellation less than 90 days of arrival for whatever reason Tenant will be fully responsible for all rent.

Bad Check Policy:  bad checks  will be  turned over for legal collections.

Trip insurance is advisable for unforseen issues that may occur  after reservation is secured.
