the largest stretch of pristine "traffic free" private beach in 
Central Florida. Ponce Inlet Beach was voted the 9th nicest beach in 
the USA including Hawaii. 2500 square foot Condo is both beach front 
and has sunset view of the intercoastal waterway from the enclosed 
Lanai. Master bedroom with kingsize bed is beachfront with 
masterbath with large roman tub, double his and her vanity and 
seperate glass enclosed shower. All bedrooms have Private Bath and 
Ocean views, Queen Bed in 2nd bedroom and 2 twins in Bedroom 3 with 
a pull out trundle. Color TV's in all bedrooms, walk in closets. All 
Professionally decorated, Living room is beach front with Balcony, 
Entertainment Center with Large Color TV, DVD Player, VCR, DSL 
Internet Access, oversized sofa and chair in Living Room. Formal 
Dining Room and  Seperate Breakfast Nook. Large Kitchen with 
seating/bar area. Microwave, Disposal, Ice maker and all small 
appliances provided. Condo is fully stocked with everything you  
need including radio for beach and beach towels, coolers etc.

Vacation Rental Amenities

3 Ocean front pools with jacuzzi, two are heated and newly 
remodeled. Direct access to the pool and beach with shower and 
facilities just a few feet from this condo. Gym with treadmill, 
elyptical trainer and weight machines, free weights, sauna, dressing 
rooms all located in this building with ocean front view. Actvities 
room in this builiding, card tables, pool table/ Library/ Party 
Room. Tennis Court. Gated community, with parking garage and roaming 
security guard at night. Secured key-in facility.
