It has vaulted ceilings in the living/dining rooms and spacious master bedroom with king bed and attached master bath. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. The sunset and lake views are outstanding from the 400 sq. ft. lanai, which has a table, chairs and lounger. Living room has TV and VCR. Master bedroom has king size bed, TV and attached master bath. Second bedroom has queen bed with walk in closet. Third bedroom is set up as a den with TV and queen size sleeper sofa. Formal dining room seats 6. Two car attached garage with door opener, walk in from garage to the laundry room. Eat in kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes and small appliances. All linens and towels included.
