of the Fiddler's Creek gated community. It is a 3 bedroom - 2 full 
bath unit with approximately 1650 square feet of air conditioned 
living space. It was professionally decorated and furnished as the 
model unit. It has vaulted ceilings in the living/dining rooms and 
spacious master bedroom with king bed and attached master bath. The 
laundry room has a full size washer and dryer.  The sunset and lake 
views are outstanding from the 400 sq. ft. lanai, which has a table, 
chairs and lounger. Living room has TV and VCR. Second television 
located in 3rd bedroom, which is set up as a den with sleeper sofa. 
Second bedroom has queen bed with walk in closet. Formal dining room 
seats 6. Two car attached garage with door opener, walk in from garage 
to the laundry room.  Eat in kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, 
dishes and small appliances. All linens and towels included. Basic 
cable television included.
