This is a new 1650 square foot home on the Needles Municipal Golf
Course. The home is completely decorated in a fun but beautiful
tropical theme. Our home has three private bedrooms, two baths, plus
den, full kitchen, and inside laundry room.
The smoke-free home is fully furnished with lots of windows to view
of the golf course and surrounding valley. All bedrooms are fully
furnished with queen-size beds and ceiling fans. The den has couch
with a pull-out sleeper.
The one TV (in livingroom) has Satellite TV, DVD and Karaoke with a
couple-dozen selections of DVDs and Karaoke. There are also games,
books and a selection of CDs. The second TV (in master) has Satellite TV and VCR.
PlayStation ONE (only) available but must be connected.
This home sits on a 18 hole golf course, 50-yards away from Colorado
River, where there is a beautiful SANDY beach available. Boats can
be
launched next door at the Needles Marina or nearby at Jack Smith
Park
(separate fees apply).
