Our house is a private newer home with 5 bedrooms, 4 baths, 2 family rooms, large kitchen, 2 large decks overlooking the lake off each level, and a private boat dock with swim platform and extra boat slip 10 X 28. Everything in the house is brand new. It's located between Camdenton and Osage Beach. By water it's on the 31 MM. Great location by land and water, close to everything.The upstairs has a family room with 42 inch plasma TV. Kitchen is eat in with table and six chairs and bar with four bar stools. Theirs and extra table and four chairs in the basement. Kitchen also has cherry cabinets and granite counter tops. There is also 2 bedrooms, master with king bed and fullbath. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Addtional full bath and laundry room upstairs. Large deck off the family room with BBQ grill and patio furniture. Downstairs has a family room with 56 inch TV and a wicker funiture setting area. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with queens, and one room with full bunk beds, and a daybed with a trundle. There are two full baths downstairs also. Large deck off downstairs family room, with patio furniture and tiki bar.
Outside there is a two well dock with swim platform and extra boat slip 10 X 28 (for guest).
This is a great cove to swim and boat in. Its back in a cove away from all the big boats and rough water. We also have a water trampoleline for the kids.
There is a boat ramp close by at (Linn Creek camp ground) to bring your boat or sea doo's in and out off the water. and you can leave your trailer there.
No need to bring any fishing equipment we have everything you need down at the dock.
We also have a rock fire pit by the lake for hotdogs and marshmallows.
Were about a 15 min. drive to the Osage Beach outlet mall.
5 to 10 min. to wal-mart, Gerbs grocery store, jacks hardware store and Bid Surf water park.
Several waterfront restaurants close by Fish & co., Captains Galley, Captain Rons, Peir 31(boat gas), Miller's landing, and The Duck
Several golf coures close by Deer Chase, Old Kinderhook, Lake Valley, The Oaks, Dogwood hills, Sycamore creek, Bear creek, Porta Cima, and Osage National.
The house has a two car garage with plenty of parking.

Washer and dryer, towels, kitchen accessories, BBQ grill, crock pot,
microwave, and boat dock. All you should need to bring are your
clothes, toiletries, and food. Wal-Mart and grocery shopping five
minutes away.

Boating, swimming, fishing, golfing (13 golf courses), shopping
(outlet mall 15 minutes away), restaurants, go-carts, miniature
golf, Big Surf waterpark five minutes away, and tourist
attractions.
