    you the luxury feeling of "being there."

    It's wonderful to sit at the kitchen table with a cup of 
    coffee in the early morning and watch the sun colorfully rise  
    over the water.    
 
       Or, sitting on the balcony at night,   
you can watch the ships in the distance with the breathtaking  
panoramic view from the third floor. 
  
Enjoy the peace and quite of early morning or late evenings  
and "watch the waves" while the children are sleeping snug in their  
bunks.

     GOLF -- 3 courses just about a mile away.  
             25 to 30 courses on the island.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This unit overlooks the largest swimming pool on the island.   
It has all the standard expected amenities such as  
free phone,  
central air conditioning,  
cable tv, VCR, stereo,  
along with a full kitchen  
           including dishwasher, and refrigerator with ice maker.   
All cooking utensils are provided.  You need just the food.    
 
Also linens (sheets & towels) are provided (no beach towels.) 
You may want to bring extras towels if you have a large family.    
 
For you convenience,  there is a laundry just down the hall.  
This way you can bring fewer clothes and  
have room to take home some  
shopping "finds."  
And, of course, take only clean clothes home 
so MOM doesn't have laudry to do  
                      when the family goes back home.

Activities and Attractions

Beach and all related activities: sun tanning, watching dophins,  
swimming, building sand castles, and what the imagination allows. 
    
There are resort-planned children's programs in the summer months.  
 
Tennis courts are available to HH Beach & Tennis guest.  
There is a  bike rental station on the premises.   
Also there is a  children's playground and a throw-back fishing  
lagoon.  
 
On the island:  golfing, shopping, walk-to miniature golf, water  
skiing, parasailing, sighteeing and tours.   
 
A visit to the island  Welcome Center is a MUST-DO.   
 
Savannah and Beaufort are both just short drives away.  Highly  
recommended side trips.   And if you want a total change of pace,

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer rate  $800 a week plus tax. 
                N O  added fees.           
                      
        We will take 4 night minimums.   (Fall is $75 a night.) 
 
Fall rate -- after Labor Day -- stay a full week for just $475. 
        No extra add-on fees. We do collect tax.
