Vacation Rental Description

perched high atop a bluff overlooking the Strait of Juan de Fuca and 
offers some of the best sunset views anywhere.  The tastefully 
furnished open floor plan has three bedrooms and two and a half 
bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen opens to the dining and living 
area with two fireplaces & spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and private Jacuzzi bath. The 
two guest bedrooms feature very comfortable queen size beds with a 
large guest bathroom. For additional sleeping area there is a 
full size sleeper sofa & queen Aero bed.

If a little work is on the agenda during your vacation, the house comes with a fully equipped 
office.  High speed wireless internet, all-in-one wireless print/scan/copy/fax machine, speaker 
phone and unlimited National + Canada long distance calling.

As you sit on the spacious deck, which spans the entire width of the 
house, glance south to view the Olympic Peninsula and incredible 
snow capped Olympic Mountains; to the North sits Vancouver Island, 
Victoria and the San Juan Islands.   Observe submarines, cargo ships 
and Alaskan cruise ships coming and going on the busy Seattle/Tacoma 
shipping lanes.  

Located less than a mile from Fort Ebey State Park; 
offering miles of great hiking trails, magnificent beach access and 
historic sites, including WWI gun batteries.  Only a 10 minute drive 
to the quaint town of Coupeville; golfing, and the lively city of 
Oak Harbor.  The house has over 3,000 sq ft. of living area in a 
rambler style home, with incredible views from nearly every 
room.  The lot size is nearly 1.5 acres, so you'll have plenty of 
lawn area for all your outdoor activities.
