Normal Rates: 
Weekly Rate: $1250.00/wk  
Daily Rate: $175.00 to $195.00  
 
HOLIDAY RATES: 
Daily Rate: $225.00 to $250.00 
Weekly Rate: $1500.00/wk 
 
HOLIDAY Rates Will be Higher. 
 
Varible times---Check-in 4pm-Check-out 12pm  
  
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Cashiers Checks OR Money Orders-- 
(NO Cashier Checks or Money Orders accepted from OVERSEAS clients).  
Dates will not be booked until Deposit is Received.           
 
NO Rental Tax AT This Time. 
   
$500.00 Security Deposit for Nightly rentals or $700.00 for Weekly  
required to book (Refundable 7 business days after vacating  
property).  
 
$175.00 Non-refundable cleaning fee. 
$150.00 Non-refundable PET cleaning fee -- NO EXCEPTIONS. 
   
All rentals to be paid 60 days prior to arrival or immediately if  
less than 60 days prior to arrival. 
Rental Contracts are Required and will be Emailed after Money is  
Received. 
 
ALL rates are subject to change without notice. 
  
Holidays Will be Higher. 
 
Refund Policy: 
$100.00 Cancellation Fee will be Charged. 
60 days or more Prior to Arrival -- All Money (except Cancellation  
Fee) will be Refunded. 
31 to 59 Days Prior to Arrival -- 1/2 Money Refunded. 
30 Days or Less -- All Money Forfeited. 
All refunds will be issued to the same credit card used at  
reservation time.
