The Master Bedroom has a king size bed, dresser, nightstands and TV.
The Master Bath features a separate shower, roman tub,
and his & hers walk-in closets and vanities.
The Second Bedroom has two twin size beds, dresser, nightstand,
large walk-in closet and private access to the 2nd bathroom.
Third Bedroom has a twin size bed with trundle, dresser, nightstand
and large closet.
The fully equipped kitchen features wood cabinets, granite counters,
bistro table, large pantry and all new appliances.
A separate laundry room contains a washer, dryer and large utility sink.
All Linens are included.

This oceanfront complex has private beach access, four pools, hot
tub, tennis and racquetball courts, gym, and 24-hour guard at the
entrance gate. The complex offers plenty of secure guest parking,
and each unit has a private garage.

$1800/mo. + tax from May-November.
$2400/mo. + tax from December - April.
$500 Security Deposit.
$150 Cleaning Fee.
