Holidays:All Holiday nights (except Christmas & New Years)$425/nt. 
Christmas and New Years Weeks: $600/nt. 
Cleaning fee: $150.00/stay (non-refundable) 
Security deposit:WAIVED IF PAID BY VISA OR MASTERCARD!!!! 
Sales Tax applies (9.0%) 
50% total payment to be made upon booking to reserve dates;balance  
to be paid 60 days prior to check-in.
