Room, 3 Fireplaces, SPA.

Living Room with fireplace and piano, Dining Room., large Kitchen
with breakfast area & table w seating for 8. The Game Room has a
stone fireplace, Pool Table & great lakeviews.

All 4 bedrooms are upstairs; Master Bedroom suite has a great view,
marble fireplace, canopied King-size bed and sitting area. The
second & third bedrooms have Queen beds and views of
the lake. The fourth bedroom have a full bed and a full/twin bunk
bed. All bedrooms are large. Sleeps 11 in beds.

Large raised deck with view, barbecue and outside eating
area. Watch the July 4th Fireworks and boats from the back deck of
the home - one of the best views around. There is a Spa on the deck
outside the game room.

Fish, walk to tennis courts, swim beach and park. Close to the
Village and shopping center.


The rates quoted are for up to 10 people, if the 11th person is a
child there is no extra charge. The home is professionally cleaned
and inspected. Linen Service available.

4 TV's, VCR, DVD. Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Coffee maker, toaster.
Dining Room table and Breakfast table. Pool Table. 3 Fireplaces.

Ski Season: 3-night minimum - $499 per night.

June through Sept 5th : $299-$499 per night / 3 night minimum.

There is a 7% City of Big Bear Lake tax on the rent and a one-time
$100 Cleaning Fee.
