• Two story, 4 Bedrooms, 2 1/2 Baths, Living Rm. with
fireplace, Dining Rm., large Kitchen with breakfast area, Recreation Rm. with stone
fireplace, Pool Table & great lakeviews. Master Bedroom suite has a great view, king bed, marble
fireplace, canopied bed and sitting area. The second & third bedrooms have Queen beds and views of
the lake. The fourth bedroom have a full bed and a full/twin bunk bed. All bedrooms are large.
• Large raised deck with view, barbecue and outside eating
area. Sleeps 11. Close to the Village and shopping.
• Watch the July 4th Fireworks and boats from the back deck of the home - one of the best
views around.
Fish, walk to tennis courts, swim beach and park. There is a Spa on the deck outside the game room.

July 4th Holiday: $599 per night / 4 night minimum.
Special rates: Stay 5 nights and your 6th night is FREE(offer not good during Holidays)
Weekly rate: $3,493.00 to $4193.00
There is a 6% tax on the rent and a one-time $100 Cleaning Fee.
