new furniture.

and rent a waverunner or boat for the day.
There is a Public beach next to ours with Volleyball, concession
stand,grills, children playground and extra metered parking for
additional guests.
World Famous John's Pass is one mile away with Charter
boats ,restaurants, shops, arcades or fishing from the bridge.
Major League Baseball is 18 minutes away or NFL football is 45
minutes away.
