sofa has a queen size, 7 inch inner spring mattress in it. There
are plenty of quality linens, a dozen big soft towels in each bath.
Ceiling fans complete the comfort in each bedroom with dimmer
switches on the fan light fixtures.

Two sets of french doors open this townhouse to the canopy of the
woods behind with all the seasonal splendor, dogwoods in bloom in
April, followed by fresh green leaves and a bounty of color in the
fall. If you enjoy watching birds, you'll love it here! The back
deck is a place you'll want to spend a lot of time. On the front
side you can watch the golfers on the first hole of Dogwood golf
course from the breakfast table.

You'll find all the comforts of home including wired and wireless
high speed DSL internet connection, a full size washer
and dryer, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher, refrigerator w/freezer,
microwave, full size stove/oven, coffee maker, hand mixer, crock
pot, blender, toaster and lots of plates, cups and all the
necessities for cooking and eating. You bring the food. There are 2
tv's, both operate with a DISH network satellite system, and there
is a combination dvd/vhs player in the living room. Internet
connection is available upon request.

Bella Vista offers 7 golf courses, this townhouse sits on the back
side of the first hole of Dogwood golf course. The Metfield complex
also includes a 9 hole Brittany course. Your drive to the pro shop
for both these courses is only 2 minutes.

Metfield Recreation Center offers an outdoor swimming pool with
diving board, a wading pool, 2 lighted outdoor tennis courts, a
basketball court, picnic pavilion, playground and miniature golf.
The facility is open from Memorial Day to the end of August.

Branchwood Recreation Center, a 20 minute drive west, offers an
indoor pool, sauna, whirlpool, 2 racquetball courts, complete
fitness room with fitness component equipment, treadmills, exercise
bicycles and free weights, a pro shop, 2 lighted outdoor tennis
courts, a basketball/volleyball court, playground area and 9 hole
par 3 golf course. Branchwood is open all year round.

Fishing and boating on Bella Vista's 8 lakes as well as Beaver Lake,
just 4 miles east of Rogers on highway 12.

Golf, tennis, hiking, biking, horseback riding, fishing, boating,
swimming, canoeing and driving through the beautiful hills of
northwest Arkansas are the best activities. In the fall Northwest
Arkansas hosts several arts and craft festivals which are a must for
the art lover, craft lover and people watchers.

The area is flush with many quality restaurants as well as shopping
centers. The University of Arkansas in Fayeteville is only 20

If you rent for 3 consecutive months or more, rental rate is $900.00
per month.

$200 Deposit to be refunded in full if no damage or cleaning is
needed after renters check out. Laundry can be done in townhouse.
If you clean it before you leave, you'll recieve a full refund of
your deposit. If you don't,we'll deduct the cost of having the
townhouse cleaned after you leave and refund the remainder of your
deposit.
