treats of local seafood. This home is an excellent spot for bird-
watching, where herons and egrets may be seen daily. Eagles and
osprey are known to frequent this area as well.

Alligator Point is a secluded beach community surrounded by Bald
Point State Park, the Gulf of Mexico, and Alligator Harbor which
lends itself to a very peaceful, quite and relaxed atmosphere.
An abundance of wildlife and nature to enjoy while biking, hiking,
boating, bird watching. Great inshore and offshore fishing, beautiful
beaches to walk, collect shells or just relax in the sun. For golf
and tennis lovers an 18-hole championship golf course is located
nearby as well as tennis.
For a day out visit the historic community of Apalachicola which is
approximately 40 miles away. Plenty of shopping, restaurants, and
sites to see. Apalachicola is known for their fresh catch of local
seafood.

$700 per week ( taxes already include )
$300 security deposit due within 7 days of booking reservation.
A $100 normal cleaning fee.
Deposit returned after keys are returned and property has been
inspected.
Full rent due within 10 days of arrival date.
Check in:3:00pm / Check out: 10:00am.
Cancellation Policy: 30 days notice prior to arrival date in order
to refund deposit in the event of cancellation. Exceptions made in
the event of a mandatory evacuation due to a hurricane.
