beautiful Chautauqua Lake (see pic of lake view from deck). View the
Lake while grilling on the gas grill!
While sitting on the dock you can relax & enjoy the view of the Lake,
see and hear the Chautauqua Institution bell tower and watch the sail
& power boats go by!

This immaculate home is beautifully decorated,
very tastefully furnished, and very thoughtfully equipped.
The second floor master bedroom has a new pillow top king bed,
TV, desk, computer, and a beautiful view of the lake. The second
bedroom has two new twin beds and large closet space. The third
bedroom has a pillow top queen bed and its own full bath. The huge
outdoor deck has a large umbrella table/chairs, gas grill and a
wonderful view of the lake.
The open kitchen has table with seating for 4 plus a bar with seating
for 2.
You can enjoy the beautifully landscaped grounds on a very short
walk to the heated inground pool ( May 20 - Sept. 30). Thirty six hole Chautauqua golf course, Chautauqua Institution program & entertainment; Bemus Point shopping, movies & outdoor lakefront pop cocerts; boat & jet ski
rentals, and many great restaurants are all very close by.
Bring or rent a boat and leave it in our slip on the dock (docks are
removed approx. Oct.1st - April 1st) AWESOME FISHING year round!!

Peek & Peek is a short 20 minute ride. Ice fishing is also very
popular and exciting on Lake Chautauqua. Snowmobiling abounds!
