Vacation Rental Description

We want to welcome you to Ocean City, Maryland, and our home on the  
beach at Sandpiper Dunes Condominium.  It is our hope that you  
select our vacation home and join in the fun and sun Ocean City and  
our little piece of beach has to offer.  
 
This may be your first time to the Maryland shore, Ocean City  
Maryland or have become a regular summer guest, either way, there is  
always something new to see and do. From sunning on the beach right  
off our deck to shopping at the outlets, Ocean City, Maryland has a  
lot to offer families. There are great places to eat, a boardwalk to  
stroll and nature to see.  
 
For those into sport activities the range is also great. Take a  
swing at one of our many golf courses, sail in the skies with a para  
sail or hit the waters running with a jet ski or boat. It is our  
belief there is something here for everyone and our Ocean City,  
Maryland beach home will only enhance the relaxation and fun you  
should expect while on vacation.   
 
We know many units in Ocean City, Maryland are rental units and just  
that, but this is truly our second home, especially during the off  
season and we wanted to keep that feeling for our guests. We have  
tried to offer more for our guests and hope to show you that on our  
web site. We have stayed at Bed & Breakfasts and always loved the  
home away from home feeling they give.  It is our sincere hope that  
we are able to provide that to you. We think once you look over our  
web site and review the amenities we have to offer you will select

Our beach home is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium located directly on  
the Atlantic Ocean in Ocean City, Maryland. The Sandpiper Dunes  
Condominium was built in 1985 and is a 10 story concrete building  
with a 2 story penthouse.  There is also an outdoor pool and 2  
assigned parking spots. Our unit has a fully equipped kitchen,  
dinning area, living room with direct ocean view, master bedroom  
with direct ocean view, generous sized second bedroom, 2 full baths  
and a completely furnished ocean front porch off the living room and  
master bedroom. The unit was refurbished and features, new  
tile floors, carpet, new counter top and cabinet fronts in the  
kitchen and new bathroom sinks and fixtures. The unit is fully air  
conditioned and also has 3 ceiling fans if you like to keep the  
windows open and hear the crash of the ocean waves.  Even though the  
unit is located on the first floor it has a tremendous view of the  
beach and the foam of the waves because of the design of the  
building. We are higher than most first floor units and have views.  
Please check our photos. It has quick access to the beach and is  
located centrally in Ocean City. There are both formal and casual  
restaurants nearby as well as tennis, putt putt golf and night  
clubs.

bathroom sinks, fresh paint, new lightening, ceiling fans,  
decorating and linen upgrades.

*2007: Updated linens/bedding and porch items.

We continually try to upgrade our home so that it is one of the  
nicest you will ever visit.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Relax in our home away from home and let your worries fade away. We  
try to provide more than most summer beach vacation rental units so  
you feel like this is your home during your stay. As you will see  
noted in this called Amenities, fresh linens for the beds and towels  
for your bath and the beach are provided, beach chairs and boogie  
boards and other items are left for your use.  It was our hope to  
make your trip down here easier and much lighter by giving you, our  
guest, these extras.

A quick run down:Beach towels, beach blankets, beach cart, beach  
chairs and beach umbrella are provided. The direct oceanfront porch  
(off the living room and master bedroom) has 2 chaise loungers, a  
table and 3 chairs and mini fridge for drinks. There are 2 boogie  
boards, beach toys, umbrella stroller, 2 high chairs, port crib and  
crib, paper products upon arrival, full sized laundry room, play  
station and games, premium cable TV, in living room - DVD/VCR and  
stereo, in master bedroom - DVD/VCR in second bedroom VCR - there  
are plenty of video tapes, DVDs, books, games for adults and  
children. Kitchen is fully equipped. New appliances and a full size  
micro-wave oven. Location of condominium is considered mid-town so  
access into and out of OC is easy from rt 90- Easy access to beach  
from unit. The dune walk way is next to condominium. Owner  
personally cleans and prepares unit for guests. Home is rented  
weekly from Sat to Sat with check in at 3:00 pm and check out at  
10:00 am 
 
This is a NON- smoking home
