"Petticoat Junction" is a Brand New 1250 SF vacation home located
above the "clubhouse" of the reknowned Ledgestone Golf Club.
Hardwood floors, vaulted ceiling, a large stone fireplace and
clerestory windows compliment the Mountain Motif. Look at the

the nature below.
This is not your typical rental cabin or condo....it is a free
standing 2 BR Cabin/Home with a mountain feel, located in Branson
West, in one of the nicest Ozark settings and Class "A" vacation
developments in the Branson area.
We fell in love with this area 2 years ago, and finally decided to
buy this vacation home after making annual trips back from
California.
The Clubhouse and Visitor's Center are available to all guests and
the Concierge will assist you in obtaining tickets to Branson shows
and other sightseeing events. The beauty of Stonebridge Village is
breathtaking and you will have a great, relaxing and fun vacation,
whether it be in the Winter, Spring, Summer or Fall. The lodge can
be rented nightly or weekly. Tip for housekeeping at the end of your
stay is requested and separate.
The key to the unit is located at the front check-in desk.

Vacation Rental Amenities
3 TV's w/ Cable, including one Larger Screen, DVD, CD Player,
Stereo, Fireplace, Phone, Air Conditioning, Full kitchen with
Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Ice Maker, and cooking
utensils. Linens provided.
Internet service is available (bring your laptop), which is great
for doing your research on Branson shows and other local recreation.
Daily maid service available, Show tickets and Home Grocer are
available from front desk Property Manager, if desired.
Ledgestone Golf Course (only private country club in Branson)
Pool, Tennis Fine Dining (upstairs clubhouse) and Grill (downstairs
clubhouse)

Very close to shopping, theaters, Silver Dollar City, Chateau on the
Lake, Table Rock Lake, Lake Tanneycomo, the Branson Belle Showboat

jacuzzi tubs & showers. Perfect flexibility for a golf
foursome, family reunion, 2 couples, separate families sharing a
vacation, etc.
Activities and Attractions
Golf / Tennis / Swimming / Hiking are a short walk.
Horseback Riding, Hikng, Amusement Parks, Live Theater, Cinemas,
Boating, Fishing, Kayaking are within 1-3 miles.
Guests receive Member's fee discounts at Ledgestone Golf club.

There are over 65 theaters in Branson as well as three large
discount shopping malls. Old Branson consists of small boutiques and
the "sightseeing train." Golfers enjoy the three top golf courses
in Branson, one of which is Ledgestone at Stonebridge Village and
fees are very reasonable. The new Branson Landing is about 15
minutes away.

Weekly Rates:$1100.00 to $2000.00
Peak Holiday Daily Rates:$303.75+
Peak season is in effect on all some major holidays.
Peak and Holiday minimum stay is 3 nights
$25 non-refundable deposit per pet.
$40 Cleaning Fee per reservation
8.475% tax is not included in above rates
